HORI7ON, GOT7’s BamBam, and LAPILLUS on the same stage? We love to see it.

Another day, another win for the seven-piece boy group HORI7ON and their dedicated stans (who are in dire need of a fandom name, by the way!). On their way to becoming the world’s next global pop group, Dream Maker alums Jeromy, Marcus, Kyler, Vinci, Reyster, Kim, and Winston are back in the Philippines to spend more time with their Filipino fans and hold their first-ever fanmeet. But that’s not all as HORI7ON is also about to welcome another milestone in their budding career as the proudly P-pop act, who are still months for their debut, already have their international music festival debut on lock.

KAMP FEST

Announced days ago, it’s confirmed that HORI7ON is going to be among the jam-packed lineup of KAMPFEST CDMX (Ciudad de México) – their first international music festival to be a part of. Presented by KAMP Korea Inc., KAMP Festivals have been bringing the “premiere K-pop music experience” in some major cities around the world for three years now.

Jeromy, Marcus, Kyler, Vinci, Reyster, Kim, and Winston will share the stage with some of K-pop’s hottest acts like GOT7’s BamBam, pop soloist Chung Ha, rapper Sik-K, and K-pop groups KARD, iKON, TFN, and VIVIZ, who were all previously announced last March. Six-piece girl group Lapillus will also perform at the event. And knowing that fellow Filipino and Lapillus member Chanty Videla is present as well, this screams HORI7ON x LAPILLUS collab in the making. Last April 14, the festival unveiled a slew of other K-pop performers including LIMELIGHT, NMIXX, 8TURN, CRAVITY, Moonbin & Sanha of ASTRO and MONSTA X.

Yes, it is quite a starry lineup and seeing HORI7ON bannering the P-pop flag in this grand music event is just heartwarming. KAMPFEST CDMX is set to take place on August 19 and 20, at the Parque Bicentenaro in Mexico’s capital city. Meanwhile, while we have this great news to be excited about, HORI7ON has also had another first: holding shows in Mindanao. For three days, the boys made some of their fans’ hearts full in the cities of  Koronadal and General Santos in South Cotabato and Zamboanga.

And as if HORI7ON hasn’t had enough feats to celebrate yet, there’s the news of their tickets for their first fanmeet this coming weekend already sold out. To even further stress the HORI7ON’s resonant impact, their pre-debut singles Dash and Salamat and its music videos have garnered over two million views each and counting, and it’s just a month into their pre-debut journey. There really is no denying at this point that HORI7ON is surely going global.
