Over two million views and counting, that’s the impact that newly-minted and proudly Pinoy pop group HORI7ON made weeks ago when they dropped their fiery track, Dash. They’re only in their pre-debut days but Jeromy, Marcus, Kyler, Vinci, Reyster, Kim, and Winston are already making a name for themselves. After going all out with the heavy-hitting beats and fire energy in Dash, HORI7ON takes it slow, mellow, and introspective in Salamat. Released under MLD Entertainment, Salamat is composed by HORI7ON’s frequent collaborator and mentor Bull$EyE, together with Jinsol and Ondine of AVEC Music and MEANG CO. In Salamat, Jeromy, Marcus, Kyler, Vinci, Reyster, Kim, and Winston look inward and show us all what inspired and made HORI7ON the way that they are now.
“Tuloy akong nangangarap dahil nandito ka / Napapatuloy ako dahil sa suporta mo / ‘Pag wala ka, wala rin ako / Salamat.” While Salamat may have its romantic undertones, it’s much sweeter how its overall message ultimately points to HORI7ON’s love for their passionate supporters.
