Moonbin And Sanha’s Fanmeet In Manila Was Anything But A Bad Idea

It was a special night with ASTRO’s Moonbin and Sanha.

It felt as if it was just yesterday that we first saw the potential of a Moonbin and Sanha sub-unit when the two partnered up to host a music show. A few show-winning singles and EPs later, MOONBIN&SANHA is now that unexpected gift we got from ASTRO. And after spending years just watching them through their screens, hundreds of Filipino Arohas got the chance to watch them live when the duo’s Diffusion fanmeet tour landed in Manila on March 25.

Within the craziness of the final weekend of March 2023, Arohas shared a special moment with Moonbin and Sanha in what amounted to ASTRO’s first performance in the country in years. They sang, danced, and played some games, all to the delight of a purple ocean at the New Frontier Theater. Let’s take a look at some moments of the fanmeet that made the night worth it.

DOING THE OMG CHALLENGE

ASTRO and NewJean crumbs? Get the vacuum cleaner, because we’re sucking it all up. Since they lost the drawing game during the fanmeet, Moonbin and Sanha had to dance to OMG by NewJeans. TBH, it didn’t look like much of a punishment to the guys.

DOING THE TING TING TANG TANG CHALLENGE

SANHA AND MOONBIN GETTING HELP FROM AROHAS

In what proved to be a particularly challenging game, Moonbin and Sanha had to guess their songs used in a mash-up. They were stumped so, they went down to the audience to ask them for help. Even though the duo lost the game, the fans who saw the guys up close won that night.

Moonbin and Sanha’s loss is our gain. As their punishment for losing another game, the duo had to dance to BSS’s Fighting. They made DK, Hoshi, and Seungkwan proud with that one.

If we’d had a peso for every time Moonbin has said charot, it wouldn’t be a lot. But at least we live in a world where Moonbin knows what charot means.

We been knew Moobin isn’t shy when it comes to showing off his toned body. But the fact that he took of his top and danced shirtless like it was no big deal still has us stunned. We aren’t complaining though.

SANHA FLEXING THOSE GUNS

Moonbin isn’t the only one in ASTRO carrying weapons. When asked to share a TMI, ASTRO’s maknae just so happened to do this. Sanha really is no longer our baby from ASTRO.
