As Typhoon Kristine brings torrential rains and flooding to Luzon, too many Filipinos are once again left needing rescue and relief. People in the Bicol region were the most affected by the severe tropical storm, with communities falling victim to massive flooding and landslides. Families are left without essential resources, and multiple organizations are activating their disaster response protocols and initiating relief efforts in order to help out people in ways they can.
