As if we need more reasons to stan rising star and vlogger Song Ji-Ah (also known as FreeZia on YouTube), she’s one of the new K-beauty icons who’ve been showing her audience how to either make those eye makeup looks pop or how to conceal those dark circles ever since she started her channel. As Asians, it could get frustrating at times when there just isn’t enough room to play with when it comes to the eye department because of our monolids. It’s also quite the challenge for starters when applying eyelid tape and experimenting with advance baking techniques. Luckily, Jia has shown us the many ways she embraced it with makeup looks she’s tried that definitely did the trick. 1. AEGYO-SAL AND DAINTY BRAIDS
This is your sign to try the Aegyo-sal K-beauty trend, which emphasizes the under eye for a more youthful look. The braids with bows is a hairstyle you can easily recreate, too! This goes well, especially for round faces.
2. FAUX FRECKLES
Jia’s faux freckles and drunk blush combo is to die for. In another tutorial, she also revealed that she drew small strokes on her lower lash line to make her eyes bigger.
3. SUBTLE BRATZ DOLL EYE MAKEUP
If you’re feeling a little bold, try Jia’s more subtle version of a Bratz doll look with hot pink eyeshadow. Don’t forget the glossy, bee-stung lips!
