Bolero’s Spanish Cheesecake  – Raf Bautista, Deputy Editor

The hype is real. I got to try the internet-famous cheesecake during my brother’s birthday, and I understand why people have been raving about it. The cheesecake filling is gooey, silky, and delicious while the crust adds a nice crunch to every bite. I honestly wouldn’t mind coming back to Bolero just for a slice of their famous cheesecake.

Uma Nota’s Brunch, Champagne & Bossa Nova Every Sunday  – Nicole Thomas, Contributing Writer

When you think brunch, it usually means relatively simple meals like sandwiches. But Uma Nota takes it up several notches with their Sunday brunch. The five-course menu is enough to fill you up the whole day while the choice of either free-flowing cocktails or free-flowing champagne makes for a great pairing. Add the live four-set Bossa Nova performance, you got yourself a worthy splurge on Sundays.

Chatime’s Taro Milk Tea – Bianca Lao, Sr. Brand Associate

A blast from the past snack for me, I remember the Chatime Taro Milk Tea being my introduction to milk tea and boba in general and I was forever changed into a boba lover because of it. I also got into it recently as my favorite K-Pop boy (aka Joshua of SEVENTEEN) recommended Taro Milk Tea with Pearls for a sweet treat. Treat yourself!

Joe Kind Snoopy Chocolate and Caramel Oatmilk Frappuccino – Precy Tan, Copywriter

The Joe Kind Snoopy Chocolate and Caramel Oatmilk Frappuccino is a total treat—because who wouldn’t want a Snoopy-shaped chocolate on their drink? The combo of chocolate, caramel, and oat milk is smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. It’s almost too cute to sip… but trust me, it’s worth it!

Odd Cafe’s Peach Mango Tea – Gelo Quijencio, Multimedia Artist

A very refreshing drink for the scorching heat this summer. There’s a blend of sweet and sour flavors from the peach and mango which I truly love. This is a perfect on-the-go drink as someone who seldom drinks caffeine.

Honeydew Melon Bingsu – Nica Glorioso, Features & Pop Culture Writer

I tried out the new BonChon bingsu in Honeydew on a hot March day, and I instantly loved it. It kind of reminds me of halo-halo with its chewy bits of strawberry mochi and aloe jelly, with the classic creamy, snowy taste of bingsu. Such a great summer treat.

Krispy Kreme Glazed Donut – James Jacinto, Marketing Multimedia Artist

IMO, Krispy Kreme’s Original Glazed Donut is the kind of treat that never gets old. Light, fluffy, and coated in just the right amount of glaze, it’s personally my consistent go-to for a quick sugar fix. Whether it’s a random craving or a comfort snack, it always hits the spot—especially with an iced coffee on the side.
