The theme was centered around Coachella, a yearly music and arts festival in California that eventually became a symbol of pop culture—especially for those who grew up in the Tumblr generation. 1. NIANA’S STUNNING BIRTHDAY SHOOT
When Niana posted her birthday shoot a few days ago, our jaws dropped because she looked completely different! Far from her street style and oversized clothes, her stylist Ica Villanueva prepared bohemian fits that looked fresh from the grounds of Coachella—including a skirt and bell sleeves! She was glammed up by Kevin Inciso and Cristine Benoman. The best part? Niana explains that the birthday shoot was actually a surprise and she was the only one clueless. Her mom just told her to bring her boots, and the next thing you know, she’s effortlessly posing and slaying all the outfits.
2. ALL THE DETAILS FROM HER COACHELLA SURPRISE PARTY
According to Niana’s mom, even the birthday party was a surprise that had to be kept under wraps! The Coachella theme was a visual feast and Ginger Event Styling got everything right. From the VIP ticket invite, the teepees, and her dreamcatcher cake, they went above and beyond for a simple get together and absolutely brought the spirit of California to Niana’s 16th birthday party.
3. NIANA’S SOLD OUT SHOW
We already knew that Niana’s an all around dancer, as proven by her 14 million subscribers on YouTube and hitting 29.6 milly on TikTok. But for her Coachella party, she did a different performance. This time, she surprised us all by playing the guitar with a live band. Go little rockstar.
4. ALL HER OUTFITS THAT NIGHT
We still can’t move on from the the white tulle dress that Niana Guerrero wore the moment she stepped into the party. Stylist Ica Villanueva added some details like a silver chain belt and layered necklaces that stayed true to Niana’s style. Her fringe jacket though, was the most memorable. A real standout, the suede jacket was fully embellished by designer Thian Rodriguez and made Niana’s movements even more dynamic. Her last outfit showed her chill side, with a baggy sweater and sequinned bell bottoms.
BONUS: NATALIA’S BOHO LOOK
Fresh from her acting role in Zack Tabudlo’s Give Me Your Forever MV, Natalia Guerrero had the flyest fit of the night at her Ate’s 16th. She wore a pink fuzzy coat, denim vest, suede skirt, which was accessorized with colorful beads and a flower crown. Adorbs.
