From a much-hyped collab between two of the biggest bands to the surprise release of a classic, there certainly was no disappointment when it comes to new song releases. The song seamlessly mixes Coldplay and BTS’ styles to make for a crowd-pleasing song. The best part is that if you buy the CD, cassette, or vinyl version on Coldplay’s store, a tree will be planted and sustained.

LOCO – ITZY
ITZY is back with their latest comeback LOCO, and it’s yet another bop. The fun love song has everything you want in an ITZY song, great vocals, a catchy beat, and an iconic dance break. They also dropped their first full-length studio album called Crazy In Love. The 16-track album with filled with new tracks like the standout Gas Me Up.
Wildest Dreams (Taylor’s Version) – Taylor Swift
As we wait in anticipation for the release of Red (Taylor’s Version) this November, Taylor Swift decided that she wanted to mess everyone up by surprise dropping her version of Wildest Dreams after the original went viral on TikTok. We’re loving the new version and we’re also hoping that more of her songs go viral on TikTok so she can release more new versions of them.
After All – Elton John and Charlie Puth
Elton John and Charlie Puth have joined forces to release their collab, After All. Built around a gently swaying electric piano and swelling strings, Elton and Charlie’s vocals combine with a subtlety and power to create a classic soulful ballad. The single comes from Elton’s upcoming album, The Lockdown Sessions, a collection of collaborations recorded remotely in the past year. It’s coming on October 22.
Best Days – Alessia Cara
It’s a busy week for Alessia Cara as she just dropped her third studio album In The Meantime. This marks her first album in over three years.
Stay With Me – Massiah and CARELESS
Massiah is the latest CARELESS artist to release new music as he dropped his new song Stay With Me. The vibey R&B track is a perfect fit for a chill day by the poolside or even on the bed.
Emily – James Arthur
James Arthur is back with the new song, Emily. The song is an emotional ode to the next generation and a tender and intimate mea culpa to the daughter James might one day have. The track comes from his upcoming 4th album, It’ll All Make Sense In The End.
Little Things – TJ Monterde and YELO
TJ Monterde and YELO have just released their collaboration, Little Things. The acoustic track is extremely cute and feels like something you would hear in a romantic movie or series. TJ and YELO’s voices sound so good together and blend so smoothly into one another.
For Tonight – Giveon
You may know Giveon for collaborating with Justin Bieber and Daniel Caesar on Peaches or the song Heartbreak Anniversary that went extremely viral on TikTok. Well, he has a new song out this week in For Tonight and it’s worth a listen. Giveon has an amazing voice and For Tonight exceptionally shows it off.
Kulay – BGYO
BGYO have lent their voices to Miss Universe Philippines 2021 with their new song Kulay. As part of the MUP 2021 National Costume Presentation, the song was used as the OST for the event. The song’s message fits really well with the pride and culture that the costumes from around the country are showcasing.

K-Pop girl group WSJN has a new song out with the release of the fun, upbeat, and bouncy Let Me In.
Love Me Back To Life – Travie McCoy
Travie McCoy has a new song out this week with the release of Love Me Back To Life. The upbeat and feel-good track sees Travie sing about finding your special someone after a string of failed relationships.

Pinay musician huhsmile released her newest song, Linya, this week. The acoustic-driven track showcases her talents as a singer, storyteller, and composer. The track is about two best friends who try to draw the line between their friendship and romance.
Maghihintay – ASTER
Up-and-coming OPM band is out with a new song and second-ever single with Maghihintay. The song is a mix of their signature feel-good, vibrant sound, and unapologetically honest lyricism. Back To The Middle – Bryan Estepa
After two years since the release of his sixth studio album, Filipino-Australian artist Bryan Estepa is back with new music this week with the release of the EP Back To The Middle. Estepa’s six-song EP gravitates between a balance of light and shade. Expanding his sonic palette with power-pop choruses and irresistible exuberance, Back To The Middle sounds brighter and jumpier than his past releases.
