Getting the feels from TWICE.

Filipino ONCEs made sure that TWICE’S two-day Ready To Be concert in Bulacan wasn’t going to end without making them unforgettable.

It only felt like it was yesterday that we were hoping for TWICE to make their long-awaited return to the Philippines for a concert. But now, the time finally came as tens of thousands of Filo ONCEs made the journey to Philippine Arena to bask in all things TWICE with the group’s two-day concert in Bulacan. Sure enough, fans were ready to be entertained by the K-pop superstars that made for a whole weekend of singing, dancing, memes, memories, chaos, and much more.

The moment the members (sans Chaeyoung who was absent due to health concerns) appeared on screen, it was over as nothing stopped what was to come. Whether you’re dealing with the PCD or nursing that FOMO as part of #TeamBahay, let’s take a look at some of the most memorable moments from the TWICE weekend.

TAGALOG QUEEN DAHYUN

Dahyun may as well take home the award for best fanservice at Bulacan with the way she was so game to interact with the crowd’s cheers. You can tell she came prepared with her Tagalog phrases that included saying “wow baliw” to the day two crowd, which she meant as saying they were so crazy.

SHOT PUNO

We never thought we would be living in a timeline where Jihyo and Naeyon would say shot puno, but here we are as the two did so before the group performed Alcohol-Free, and we couldn’t be happier.

THE LOVE FOR CHAEYOUNG

While Chaeyoung sadly couldn’t be there in Bulacan, the group and Filipino ONCEs made sure that her presence was felt and that she was loved. On TWICE’s side, they included her picture on the screen and left space for her during group photos. As for fans, they sang her parts and screamed for her whenever Chaeyoung would appear on screen, like when fans would cheer when her face would show during the pre-concert VTR that lasted for two hours. Yeah, OT9 forever.

JIHYO’S FEEL SPECIAL REDEMPTION

Jihyo was giving mother over the weekend and even a technical malfunction could stop her from serving. During her solo moment before the final chorus in Feel Special on day one, her mic cut off, and fans couldn’t hear her sing. Luckily, she got to do a redo during the encore later that night. And for day two, her mic was on as she served vocals and had her moment. We have no choice but to say mother.

THEIR REACTION TO THE PROPOSAL

Imagine proposing to your special someone and TWICE themselves cheering you on. That’s the sana all moment this lucky couple found themselves in when the group noticed their proposal and congratulated them. And shoutout to Dahyun for catching the camera the moment it panned to her, you’ll never catch her slipping.

GREETING THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS

ICYMI, the members’ family members were in attendance at the concert and luckily, the girls had a chance to greet their biggest supporters during the show. It must have felt so good for TWICE to see their family cheer for them during the concert.

THE CROWD GIVING WHAT NEEDED TO BE GAVE

We mean, are we that surprised? That was over four years of built-up anticipation that was let out by tens of thousands of Candy Bong-armed Filipino fans who sang, danced, jumped, and cheered without relenting for nearly three hours each day. The fact that Pinoy ONCEs did a seemingly never-ending wave before the concert started showed how excited they were.

THE NEON LIGHTS FAN

Filipino fans came ready to serve looks with their concert outfits, as was expected. But this fan dressed in a green neon lights suit may have won the jackpot given how he was noticed by the group.

“PINAKAGALING NA BANSA”

If Sana says it, then it’s true. Excuse us while we frame her IG story.
