Ever since his sudden rise to stardom, Esnyr Ranollo has been living the life. His natural talent to entertain and make people laugh has earned him a contract with Star Magic, his first movie role, and who knows what other possibilities hang over the horizon. And despite his rookie status in the industry, Esnyr has also become fast friends with many of the hottest young stars of today. Some of his besties include Donny Pangilinan, Belle Mariano, and Andrea Brillantes.
But one friendship that Esnyr managed to build that we weren’t expecting is with Joshua Garcia. This Esnyr-Joshua connection wasn’t on our 2022 bingo card, but we’re very much here for it. When Joshua joined TikTok in December 2021, it was a moment that shook the internet and made the actor one of the internet’s favorite TikToker. Like many of us, Esnyr was taken away by Joshua’s dance moves and wrote comments on his posts that pretty much summed up how most were feeling. To date, Esnyr’s comment on Joshua’s first TikTok video has over 300,000 likes. This wouldn’t be the last time Esnyr would interact with Joshua though.

During an online fundraiser, Joshua was asked by the hosts who his favorite TikTokers were. He listed down popular creators like Niana Guerrero and Pipay Kipay. But he also said that he liked Esnyr because he loves watching funny TikTok creators. Clearly, the mutual love and admiration was there.
THEY WORKED TOGETHER ON A BRAND CAMPAIGN
The Esnyr-Joshua agenda really kicked off in earnest when the two actually got to work together on a campaign for TNT. From starting out online, the two actually got to meet up in person and work together. The shoot was extra special for Esnyr as not only did he get to work with Joshua Garcia, but it was his first ever television commercial. Go little rock star indeed.
HAVING FUN BEHIND THE SCENES
Working with a big celebrity can sometimes be intimidating. But given how charismatic Esnyr is, he was more than game to work with Joshua. As shared in his behind the scenes vlog of the shoot, Esnyr was understandably kilig to be around Joshua. The two also cracked jokes and looked like they had a fun time on set. Following their shoot for TNT, the duo’s friendship was solidified to the point where they were comfortable enough to have friendly banter with one another. For people who only met each other just recently, they acted like they have been friends for years. Whether it be commenting on Joshua’s IG posts to their playful back and forths, the friendship was strong. We love besties who know how to have fun.

Give it up to Joshua Garcia who knows how to break the internet every few months. Most recently, he posted on his Instagram pictures of him going for a swim that made us look…respectfully. (Even Bella Poarch commented on his post.) But Esnyr is not one to give up so easily and as a master on writing social media comments, he made sure to post more emojis than Bella.
