2021 has so far been a great year for indie-pop folk group Ben&Ben. Not only did they release their second studio album, Pebble House, Vol 1: Kuwaderno, in late August to rave reviews, the band also collaborated with K-Pop star Young K on a new version of Leaves. Meanwhile, Ben&Ben also took home a bunch of awards at this year’s MYX Music Awards, and is looking to cap off the year with a bang as they are set to have their first major online concert this December.

After an initial teaser, Ben&Ben announced on Sunday, October 10, that they were going to have an online concert this December 5, Sunday, 8-11 PM. Named after their latest album, KUWADERNO is set to see the band perform songs from Pebble House Vol. 1: Kuwaderno, as well as their old hits. But this concert isn’t just going to be done at any regular stage. The online concert will be held live at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, a concert venue where the biggest stars, both local and abroad, have performed.
Given the grand nature of the venue, we’re hoping to see Ben&Ben go all-out with the concert. And given how their latest album featured six collaborations from artists like Moira Dela Torre, KZ Tandingan, and SB19, fingers crossed that they also show up as special guests to perform their songs with the band live.

You can buy tickets for Ben&Ben’s KUWADERNO on KTX. Early Bird rates are currently applicable from October 10-31. After that, prices will revert to the regular rate. There are four tiers of tickets you can buy, all with their own perks and benefits. Tier 1 is called Kaibigan. It gives you access to the online concert. The early bird rate is 800 pesos while the regular rate is 1000 pesos. Tier 2 is Magka-ibigan. This tier gives you access to the concert as well as three merch items (applicable only to PH residents): A printed concert ticket, concert t-shirt, and a kuwaderno journal. You also will get a raffle entry where 5 winners will take home free Ben&Ben concert merch for 1 year. The early bird price is 3300 pesos and the regular price is 3500.
Tier 3 is Mahiwaga. You get access to the online concert, all the merch of Tier 2, a talaarawan planner, a virtual backstage tour, and a raffle entry where two winners will get to take home a vinyl player, and five winners will get signed concert posters. The early bird rate is 5300 pesos and the regular rate is 5500. The fourth and final tier is Tinatangi. Only available in limited slots, this tier gets you: Access to the concert, a printed concert ticket, an exclusive harana session with Ben&Ben via Zoom, and a raffle entry where five winners get the chance to visit the Ben&Ben House. The early bird price is 7800 and the regular price is 8000 pesos.
