ABS-CBN Corporation, GMA Network, and TV5 each brought something a little different to the party with their station IDs, but every single one highlighted exactly what the holidays are all about—people, loved ones, communities, as well as fun, kindness, and spreading joy. ABS-CBN – OUR STORIES SHINE THIS CHRISTMAS
Stories of love and hope were woven all throughout ABS-CBN’s Christmas Station ID. From Filipino breadwinners granted a special screening to upcoming movie And The Breadwinner Is… to stories of children overcoming illnesses, this year’s Christmas ID was 25 heartwarming minutes capturing the essence of the Christmas spirit.
As their Christmas IDs often do, Our Stories Shine This Christmas highlights the stories of ordinary Filipinos doing something extraordinary. Alongside the stacked casts of their hit shows, including DonBelle, the casts of Incognito and Lavender Fields, as well as pop stars that changed the game this year, BINI, plenty of humanitarian and welfare organizations, communities, and people doing the most for others out of kindness and goodness were also given the chance to show the work they do.
GMA – GANITO ANG PASKONG PINOY, PUNO NG PASASALAMAT!
For GMA, they kept it intimate and celebratory, with young artists, executives, and top stars having a grand time singing, dancing, and being merry. From Sofia Pablo and Allen Ansay to Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos, Rhian Ramos and Glaiza de Castro to Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes, actors to news anchors, the GMA station ID Ganito ang Paskong Pinoy, Puno ng Pasasalamat! was all about exactly what they promised—people and gratitude. What better way to go into the holidays?
TV5 – HATID-SAYA ANG PASKONG KAPATID
Hatid Saya Ang Paskong Kapatid was simple, adorable, and fun. With heartwarming storylines well-threaded throughout the video (and a tune that’s the catchiest of them all), TV5’s Christmas Station ID emphasized the warmth and joy of holidays in the home. What holiday season isn’t made better with family or friends?
Also, like last year, stars from different networks also made an appearance, truly giving us that Christmas spirit with all the unity and love. The holidays really do bring people together.
