She even had a disco performance with G-Force!
Does it ever drive you crazy, just how fast the night changes? Well, at the very least, it puts a lot of things to perspective. Take for example Miel Pangilinan, who we collectively have seen blossom into the young woman she is now. Finally entering adulthood, she welcomed it with a lot of snap, sass, and sparkle through a 70s-inspired debut! No longer the shy daughter of actress Sharon Cuneta and former senator Kiko Pangilinan, she shined the brightest during her 18th birthday party.
Miel nailed the retro theme right in the head from the disco ball-filled venue, to her sparkly, fringed outfits (she even had an outfit change), and her dance performance with the G-Force crew. Scroll down below for some of the highlights and amazing details during Miel Pangilinan’s 70s disco debut. Safe to say that it was a groovy night for everybody. ✨??

THE VENUE WAS STUNNING
Held at Blue Leaf Pavilion in BGC, the place was transformed into a magical dance floor reminiscent of Soul Train for Miel’s debut. The ceiling was lit up with probably a hundred disco balls, vibrant arcs, and flowers everywhere. Event stylist Gideon Hermosa did a spectacular job.
SHE GROOVED WITH G-FORCE DANCE CREW
Who said she was a shy girl? Miel did the hustle with the G-Force dancers who were also wearing sparkly ensembles.
MIEL HAD TWO OUTFIT CHANGES
Miel Pangilinan was fun, funky, and fresh in two custom looks by Jot Losa. Her first was a pink sequinned jumpsuit with a detachable train and the other was a fringed cropped top paired with orange flared trousers.
HER ATE, FRANKIE PANGILINAN, HAD A SPECIAL PERFORMANCE
Miel’s big sister, Frankie Pangilinan, also performed that evening for her debut, wearing a chic halter dress with feathered details.
MIEL WAS SURROUNDED BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DURING HER DEBUT
Even Miel’s family followed the 70s dress code and they did not disappoint. In attendance were her ate, KC Concepcion, the Cruz sisters, Darren Espanto, Zsa Zsa Padilla, Judy Anne Santos-Agoncillo, Shaina Magdayao, Ella Pangilinan, Gab Valenciano, Ara Mina, and Lorna Tolentino. A star-studded night indeed.
