A new year has just begun, which means twelve months of brand new adventures for people as they take stock of what 2023 has in store for them. For us here at NYLON Manila, the new year means new stories to be told, personalities to hero, and narratives to share. This is why for January 2023, we’ve decided to come out of the gate swinging with out first-ever N-Pop (NYLON-Pop) issue as we dedicate the month to featuring the names and personalities that are mainstays of Pinoy pop culture.
And when it came to deciding which personality to front the N-pop issue, it felt appropriate that we chose someone who has been near the forefront of Filipino pop culture for the past couple of years and gets conversations started just by the mention of her name. So, we chose the one and only Belle Mariano as our next cover star.

The N-Pop issue is also about celebrating pop culture and the movers and shakers in it, and what better way to do that than have Belle Mariano on the cover. In the past couple of years, Belle has gone from supporting actress to leading lady and becoming one of the most talked-about actresses of the new generation. She’s the Gen Z It-girl that should be on your radar with a career that’s only set to get even bigger in the years to come. Actress, singer, daughter, sister, friend, and one half of one of the hottest love teams in the country right now, Belle Mariano is the moment.
And the best part about all of this is that Belle will also serve as the cover star of NYLON Manila’s latest fanzine.
