3. ALYSSA BELIEVES EXPECTING THE WORST DOESN’T REALLY MEAN THE WORST *WILL* HAPPEN
Conditioning your mind to expect the worst so that you don’t end up disappointed may sound realistic, TBH. But Alyssa Valdez believes that what really matters is taking the first step to fight and remembering the journey.
4. WHEN SHE GAVE ADVICE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH OTHER PEOPLE
Dealing with people can sometimes be a pain in the ass, especially if you’re the leader. Shortcomings are inevitable, but Alyssa gives us advice that the important thing is acknowledging it and being aware.
5. IT’S IMPORTANT TO REMIND YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE BLESSED
In a difficult challenge where Alyssa and Madam Inutz had to walk more than five laps with crutches, she motivated and helped her fellow housemate when she saw how exhausted she was. In the end, Alyssa reminds herself why complain when other people do it everyday.
