Anyone up for a roadtrip?

If a BINI-coded travel itinerary sounds interesting, you may want to start in the real-life locations where the group shot some of their videos.

There’s just something so magical about a BINI music video. From the outfits, direction, production, and more, their MVs fulfill the BINI fantasy that we’ve come to know from the group. When you watch one of their videos, you also want to be part of that world because it feels like nothing goes wrong there. But actually, there’s no imagining here.

While they’ve used built sets and green screens in their music videos on occasion, the group has also shot a few of their videos in real-life locations that you can visit. It’s like those tours in Korea where you visit spots featured in K-pop music videos but in the Philippines. So, scroll down for a few actual locations featured in BINI’s music videos that are open to the public.

LAGI – THE DESSERT MUSEUM

In the music video to BINI’s bubblegum-coded OPM love song, the girls are smitten by a teddy bear man in a candy land. That wasn’t CG though, but an actual location you probably have heard of called The Dessert Museum. The MV takes place pretty much throughout the entire attraction and shows off what you can expect there (minus the cute guy). It’s an entire museum of rainbow sweetness, and, well, dessert that will be right at home on your IG feed.

The Dessert Museum is located at Level 1, S Maison Mall, Mall of Asia Complex, Coral Way, Pasay City

CHERRY ON TOP – POTEFINO RESIDENCE

We don’t blame you if you thought that BINI shot the Cherry On Top music video abroad. But those Neo-Victorian townhouses you see in the video can actually be found right here in the Philippines, Batangas to be specific. A portion of Cherry On Top’s MV and some of the concept photos were shot at Potefino Residence in Batangas City. This townhouse development is known for its eye-catching units and vintage aesthetic design. Do note though that this is a private residence, so unless you’re there to house hunt, remember to keep it respectful.

PANTROPIKO – INFLATABLE ISLAND BEACH CLUB

If you want to feel the Pantropiko fantasy, just head north to Zambales. For the viral smash’s performance video and concept photos, BINI shot those at the Inflatable Island Beach Club. This massive beach resort with its claim to fame, giant inflatable attractions and courses on the water, is a fun summer playground. But if chilling by the beach to enjoy the sun, getting some drinks, and snacking on a nice meal or two is your MO, Inflatable Island has got you covered on that as well.

Inflatable Island Beach Club is located at R7W9+M57, Olongapo – Bugallon Rd, Olongapo, 2200 Zambales

I FEEL GOOD PERFORMANCE VIDEO – THE FUN ROOF POBLACION

For the group’s BreakTudo Awards 2023 performance video, the girls performed I Feel Good around a rooftop filled with colorful games, fitting for the song they were doing. ICYDK, that roof was The Fun Roof in Poblacion. This rooftop bar doesn’t skimp on the fun with its neon lights that pop and welcome you to an adult’s version of an arcade. Aside from the typical bar chow and drinks, The Fun Roof has a variety of games and activities to try out, from basketball, curling, bowling, pinball, mini-golf, and more.

The Fun Roof is located at 4/F Matheus Building, 5382 General Luna, Poblacion, Makati.

GOLDEN ARROW – SACOBIA BRIDGE

This one is for the OG BLOOMS. Featured in the Golden Arrow music video, performance video, and on the backdrop of the group’s first album, Born To Win, is the Sacobia Bridge in Mabalacat, Pampanga. It’s a steel bridge that crosses the Sacobia River and measures 894 meters long and 29.5 meters wide, with a total of six car lanes and two bike lanes and sidewalks.

Its most memorable feature though is its unique design and orange arches (which are meant to form a star when viewed from the right angle). Next time you find yourself in Pampanga, you may want to visit it, though maybe not stop in the middle of the road to do a shoot.
