It seems that there’s no stopping SB19 from making historic achievements left and right as the P-Pop kings make their debut performance on a US television show.

After topping music charts and collecting awards, SB19 has added yet another historic achievement on their fully-packed shelf. And what a great time indeed as our very own P-Pop supergroup achieved another momentous feat when they made their US television debut during their New York City stop of the WYAT (Where You At) global tour on FOX5’s morning program, Good Day New York.
SB19 US TV DEBUT
Hosted by Rosanna Scotto, Good Day New York featured SB19 on November 4, just a day ahead of the group’s much-awaited concert at the Big Apple, marking the group’s historic first guesting at an American television show. After greeting a long line of eager fans outside the studio, Pablo, Stell, Ken, Justin, and Josh wasted no time at the show and gave an electrifying performance of their first English single and disco-pop track WYAT.
SB19 was also introduced in the show as the “first and only Filipino act to enter three Billboard charts early in their career,” highlighting their hit and chart-topping single Bazinga!, which as you can recall, has once unseated BTS in Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs chart as the music act that’s spent most weeks at the top spot. The chart tracks songs that are making the loudest buzz on Twitter in real time and SB19’s success was all possible because of A’TIN’s power and unwavering support.
The P-Pop superstars, who are behind hits like Tilaluha, Go Up, Alab, and MAPA, also discussed their new single, their concert’s repertoire and choreography during the show. “This song is all about reconnecting and finding happiness within the company of your loved ones,” said Pablo about their latest single. He also shared that the group would perform all of their songs from their albums Get In The Zone and Pagsibol, and they would “make sure it will be a blast.” And by the looks of it, the concert was indeed a blast looking at the group’s posted photos of the jam-packed Palladium Times Square featuring both Filipino and non-Filipino fans.
Ken has also shared that they’ll showcase their “Filipino talent” at the US leg of their concert tour, and knowing SB19, that should even go without saying. In another fun moment during the morning show, the group’s lead dancer Stell also taught Rosanna some signature moves from their breakout single Go Up, much to the latter’s amusement.
WYAT WORLD TOUR
First announced last September 4, 2022, WYAT concert tour marks SB19’s first and biggest global undertaking yet. The Awit Awardees and cultural ambassadors first wowed their Filipino A’TIN during their highly successful kick-off concert at the Araneta Coliseum last September 17. Since then, they have traveled to Cebu, Clark, and Davao before going to Dubai on October 29, the start of the world tour’s international leg. SB19 has also announced the dates for their shows in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and soon in Singapore.

Their NYC trip was already a memorable one thanks to a special visit to Philippine Consulate General Elmer Cato, who subsequently treated to Filipino food in the city. Then, they got their very own Billboard in Times Square. And to top it all off, there’s a good chance new music and tour dates are coming in 2023. Even the police knew the boys. Their US TV debut was that sweet icing on the cake. The group heads off to LA and San Francisco next, which includes a special Wish Bus performance alongside BGYO and BINI on November 11. To more historic moments with our P-Pop Kings!
