Aside from acting, Daniela is also into sports. She was born on September 25, 2002 (making her a Libra girlie) to a Filipino mother and a German father. At 12 years old, Daniela began playing soccer as that was the most popular sport in her school. In fact, growing up in Pampanga, she was part of her school’s varsity soccer team.
SHE BECAME AN ACTRESS BECAUSE OF MR. M

Daniela’s journey to stardom feels like it was ripped straight from a movie. At 14, she was discovered by an agent at a coffee shop and began her career as a model. Things changed though when the Filipino-German attended a meeting with the starmaker himself, Mr. M. As Daniela shared, there were 30 people in the room, including her. But Mr. M asked the 29 others to leave as he interviewed Daniela. Right then and there, he offered her a two-year artist contract. The rest, as they say, is history.
SHE WAS PART OF THE STAR MAGIC CIRCLE 2018

After spending months in acting workshops, Daniela’s first foray into the limelight came when she was formally introduced as part of the 2018 Star Magic Circle. FYI, this is the same batch that includes Donny Pangilinan, Leila Alcasid, Markus Paterson, Charlie Dizon, Tony Labrusca, and actress-turned-K-pop-idol Chanty Videla. It seems that, just like her batchmates, stardom was always in the cards for Daniela.
HER ACTING DEBUT WAS IN A LIZQUEN TELESERYE

2020 was a pivotal year for Daniela as that was when she made her acting debut, and it was in the LizQuen-led teleserye Make It With You where she played Cesca Crismo. Sadly, the show was cut short because of COVID-19, with Daniela having no work for almost a year. But it proved to just be a setback in a career that was to come.
SHE ALREADY HAS A LEAD ROLE IN AN MMFF MOVIE

While Daniela has only been acting since 2020, she’s already racked up some interesting projects. Notably, she already scored a lead role for an MMFF movie, which came when she was cast as one of the stars of Cathy Garcia-Sampana’s Love At First Stream in 2021. The project also starred Kaori Oinuma, Jeremiah Lisbo, and Anthony Jennings, so it seems that rising Gen Z celeb energy was strong on that set. Even Garcia-Sampana saw the potential in Daniela saying, “Pag nalaman ng tao at nakita nila kung ano ang kanyang ibigay ni Daniela, they would love her, too.”
SHE GOT RAVE REVIEWS IN SENIOR HIGH

Daniela has acted in her fair share of shows such as Tara, G! and Fractured. But her role as Z in Senior High proved to be her breakout with the attention she received. Aside from being one of the bad guys on the show, Z became a memorable character for how she had more to her than just being a diva. And that was a side Daniela expertly brought out as Z’s layers were peeled more and more.
As much as you wanted to hate on Z, Daniela added that sympathy to her as it was revealed that Z was also a victim in the wider scheme of things. And the hits continue to come for Daniela as she’s slated to be part of the series Pamilya Sagrado as her next project. With an A-list cast that includes veterans Piolo Pascual, Shaina Magadayao, and John Arcilla, and Gen Z stars like Kyle Echarri and Jeremiah Lisbo, Daniela is going to be in good company once more. While many may see her as the kontrabida type, Daniela has proven that she can take on a variety of roles and stand toe-to-toe with the best of them.
