The Round-Up: Our Favorite New Music Drops Of The Week

line
We love a banger in this house.

Getting all the vibes from j-hope, Earl Agustin, Bella Poarch, and more.

On the one hand, we kinda need the new music drops to stop overwhelming us like this because it’s been banger drop after banger drop for weeks. But on the other hand, that’s a good problem to have and we’ll always be here for new bops to add to our playlists. Check out some of our fave recent releases below.

MONA LISA – J-HOPE

We’re here for this sound for j-hope with its easy beats and vibey feel.

YOUNG AND HOTTER THAN ME – SELENA GOMEZ AND BENNY BLANCO

Selena and Benny put their love story on an album that gives us the full story—before they met, falling in love and looking to what the future holds.

JUST US – JACK HARLOW AND DOJA CAT

Dating rumors or not, Jack and Doja make good music together, with the latter lowkey being the best part of the track.

PAG-IBIG NG IKAW AT AKO – EARL AGUSTIN

The voice??? Oh Earl Agustin, the Pinoy crooner that you are!

WILL YOU ALWAYS LOVE HER? – BELLA POARCH

We kinda need the pop girl discourse to start including Bella Poarch because she knows how to deliver good pop music with a meaning behind it.

PARA PILITIN KA – JIKAMARIE AND SKUSTA CLEE

jikamarie saw the vision and she executed it in this earworm of a R&B track.

FUNNY – ENA MORI

Ena’s new song puts girlhood at the center, but one fueled by friendships and female rage in wanting to move beyond misogynistic ideals.

KNOW ABOUT ME – NMIXX

Okay NMIXX! We weren’t expecting this sound from them, but we’re here for it.

BEBE – STAYC

This cunty ahh song. Featuring a funky house beat, addictive drop, and danceable rhythm, STAYC’s latest has us moving and also shares a strong message of defying stereotypes.

+82 PRESSIN’ – MARK AND HAECHAN

It’s a catchy song, and the Sin City-inspired music video gets a 10/10 from us.

VVV – THE BOYZ

THE BOYZ, you never let us down. Even after leaving their old company, the group is still cooking up bops.

ALAM MO BA – 1ST.ONE

Exactly 1ST.ONE, let that special someone know that their partner is no good for them and you’re the one she deserves.

DSTM – ONE OR EIGHT

Kinda iconic of ONE OR EIGHT to clear this sample of Rihanna’s Don’t Stop The Music, with their reinterpretation featuring rap, melodic hooks, and hip-hop beats.

CUPID’S GIRL – MARINA

Marina, we missed you diva! We have a feeling this new era is going to give early Marina vibes, and we’re here for it.

PICTURE WINDOW – JAPANESE BREAKFAST

A new Japanese Breakfast album, and the people cheered!

CVNTY 2.0 – STEF ARANAS AND M1SS JADE SO

This song makes absolute sense to have M1ss Jade So feature on a remix. The dolls came through with this one.

IKAW ANG MISS UNIVERSE KO – ANDRES MUHLACH

Ok, it’s a good first attempt from Andres.
