The friendship between Belle Mariano, Donny Pangilinan, Esnyr Ranollo, Angelina Cruz, and Jeremiah Lisbo is something we weren’t expecting, but absolutely here for.

Fresh of the success of He’s Into Her, DonBelle is back once again with their first-ever movie, Love Is Color Blind. Premiering this December 10, Love Is Color Blind has a lot of hype surrounding it for obvious reasons. But as exciting as it is to see Donny and Belle on our screens once more, what also has caught our eye is who else will be part of the cast. Jeremiah Lisbo, who played Randall and the main wedge between Deib and Max in He’s Into Her, will also be in the movie. Also, the film will serve as Angelina Cruz and TikTok star Esnyr Ranollo’s first-ever movie role. And while we have yet to see how the five of them will interact with one another in the movie, off-cam, the group has formed a solid friendship.

Even though they filmed the movie just last month, the group, with the nickname of 5ever, has gotten really close. It’s clear that the bond is there and even before the movie has come out, they have been radiating BFF energy. We were already excited to catch Love Is Color Blind but seeing how close the cast has become has us more excited to see their chemistry on-screen. This was a friend group we weren’t expecting but love that it’s real. Before the movie’s release, we gathered some of our favorite 5ever moments.
WHEN DONNY TREATED THEM TO FREE FOOD

Donny Pangilinan has a big heart and a generous wallet, at least that is what we can gather from this touching moment. In one of Esnyr’s live streams, he shared that Donny asked them if they wanted some food and they said that they wanted chicken nuggets. Later on, a Grab arrived with over 80 pieces of chicken nuggets fully paid for by Donny just for them.
WHEN DONNY HELPED ESNYR FIND A PLACE TO STAY IN MANILA
We’re going to file this under “times when Donny Pangilinan was a true gentleman.” Esnyr had to fly to Manila on short notice to film the movie. Because of this, he had a hard time trying to find a place to stay. Donny, being the man that he is, offered the guest room in his house for Esnyr to stay in. Esnyr politely declined, so Donny told him that he would be the one to find a place for him. And he did.

Not only is Belle Mariano a talented actress and singer, but she also has a heart of gold. In one of Esnyr’s kumu live streams, he shared that one day while on set, Belle visited him at his room and invited him to eat in her room. This happened a few times and she would treat him to her favorite food. There was also the time when Belle DMed Esnyr to ask for his address so that she could send him food. Of course, Esnyr is there to return the favor and help Belle out. It’s a very wholesome friendship.
WHEN ESNYR PRANKED ANGELINA
Out of all the cast members on Love Is Color Blind, Esnyr has built a particularly strong friendship with Angelina Cruz. The two regularly hang out and even have done TikToks together. The two are so close in fact that Esnry is comfortable enough to prank her. In one live stream, Esnyr called Angelina and told her that he was running out of money with all the expenses he had to pay for. He then asked her if she could lend him 15,000 pesos before revealing that it was a joke. Even though it was a prank, based on Angelina’s worried expression, we honestly don’t find it that hard to imagine her lending Esnyr some money, though maybe not that much money.

Given Esnyr’s background on TikTok, it’s no surprise that he has gotten them to do TikToks. In fact, he got each member of 5ever to do one with him. He’s done one with Belle, Donny, Jeremiah, and Angelina. Considering how Belle, Donny, and Jeremiah barely post in their own accounts, this is much-needed content.
WHEN THEY WERE FRIENDLY TO ESNYR THE MOMENT THEY SAW HIM
Donny, Belle, Angelina, and Jeremiah are all stars in their own right so they’re used to the world of showbiz. But Esnyr is not, which would have made for some awkward situations. But according to Esnyr, the cast accepted him with open arms as early as day one on set. They didn’t ostracize Esnyr for the fact that he wasn’t a celebrity and included him like he was a real friend. They would have fun on set and just act like regular friends. This ease into forming a friendship is one of the reasons why the five of them have such a wholesome friend group.

Esnyr must have done so much good in his past life with how many blessings and opportunities he is getting right now. And his friendship with Jeremiah Lisbo is no exception. The two have hung out on occasion and Esnyr even attended Jeremiah’s birthday party. We are also loving the kilig moments he posted online between the two of them. Their billiards video in particular is giving that iconic billiard scene between Max and Deib in He’s Into Her episode 4.
