To most people, November 6 is just a regular day in November. But for Stranger Things fans, this is a special day. That is because, in the show’s lore, November 6 was when Will Byers went missing in Hawkins, Indiana, and turned the world upside down. Ever since the show’s premiere, fans have been celebrating November 6 as Stranger Things Day as a way to show their love for the series.

With a new season coming real soon, Stranger Things Day 2021 was no slouch as fans were treated to season four teases and exclusive content on social media, live fan experiences, and limited edition merchandise around the world. NEW TEASER TRAILER

The main event of the day, fans were treated to a new teaser trailer for the show that showed off the finale locale for season 4. The trailer, entitled Welcome to California, showed the gang in California in 1986 as they were preparing for spring break, as well as a tease of what is to come.

SEASON 4 EPISODE TITLES

In another sneak peek for season four, Netflix dropped the episode titles for the nine-episode series. No other details were given so these titles are sure to stir up quite a few fan theories. The trailer also showed that season four is coming in summer 2022 premiere. And while there was no concrete date yet, rumors suggest that it’s coming sometime in May 2022.

THE CAST SHOWS OFF THEIR NEW OUTFITS

Not only did Stranger Things Day 2021 give us a peek at a new location, but we also got to see the cast’s new outfits. From streetwear to stranger, watch the cast transform into their new looks for Stranger Things 4.

OFFICIAL HAWKINS MAP

RETAIL POP-UP SHOPS

Experience the world of Stranger Things in real life with the first-ever Stranger Things pop-up stores. The first two stores are located in New York City’s Times Square and at The Americana at Brand in Los Angeles with more cities to come in the future. These retail experiences will offer fans access to unique memorabilia and merchandise as well as the chance to journey through iconic show locations like Joyce’s house, the Palace Arcade, Starcourt Mall, the Russian Lab, the Upside Down, and Hawkins High. Stranger Things x General Mills

If you are itching to get your hands on some Stranger Things merch, the official Netflix shop has in stock a range of new Stranger Things products from a Chogrin collectible and apparel line, to limited-edition Stranger Things General Mills cereal (Cheerios, Lucky Charms, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, of course) and a special edition Elegorgon statuette from iam8bit.

OTHER NOTABLE EVENTS

All Rights Reserved has partnered with Futura Laboratories to create an exclusive collectible figure of Eleven with the iconic phrase “Friends Don’t Lie” written out in Futura’s signature handwriting. The Eleven figure will launch with a matching limited edition apparel range. The figure is available to pre-order now on their website with shipping set to begin in January 2022.  Dark Horse Comics will also be releasing a new holiday-themed Stranger Things comic book called Winter Special.
