In 2021, Netflix held its first ever Tudum event. Named after the sound you hear in the Netflix logo intro, it was billed as the company’s global fan event that was made for and by the fans. In a span of a few days, Netflix’s global content was on display with news and announcements regarding a whole host of their properties. Needless to say, the inaugural event was successful, so it was no surprise Netflix brought it back again this year.
Just like last year, the streaming service assembled a cadre of stars and celebrities around the world to showcase what’s in store for subscribers in the coming months from movies, shows, K-dramas, anime, and much more. It was like Christmas came early for Netflix fans with all the news that came their way. With that being said, here’s a round-up of all the major announcements from Tudum 2023 that will have us pressing the “My List” button.
YOU SEASON 4
It’s been a while since we last followed the adventures of suave yet sadistic killer Joe Goldberg in You. But we won’t have to wait too long as the series’ fourth season is set to return on February 10, 2023. His latest persona? English Professor Jonathan Moore.
THE CROWN SEASON 5
The British Royal Family has been in the news lately due to Queen Elizabeth II’s death. And you’re going to hear a lot more of them this November 9 when season 5 of The Crown drops on Netflix. For this new season, the story will follow Princess Diana and now King Charles following their divorce. We can already sense the drama.
QUEEN CHARLOTTE
While we didn’t get a trailer for Bridgerton season three, we got the next best thing with the first look at the new series, Queen Charlotte. This spin-off series centers on a young Queen Charlotte and follows her story on how she became the woman that we all know in Bridgerton.

This time, the survivors must deal with an all new set of deadly games as they brave the dangers hiding within a devastated Shibuya covered in plants. The new season streams on Netflix this December.
ENOLA HOLMES 2
The sleuthing adventures of Enola Holmes continues with Enola Holmes 2. And as seen in it’s first trailer shown during Tudum, Enola is now entering young adulthood as a detective-for-hire. But her first official case proves to be harder than she thought as the young detective is pushed into a deadly conspiracy theory. The film arrives on Netflix November 4.
HELLBOUND SEASON 2
In 2021 and early 2022, Netflix gave us a lot of great K-dramas that we binged watched and begged for new seasons. During Tudum, Netflix did just that with the announcement that Hellbound season two is a go. The wholly dark yet unique series got its first teaser trailer for the new season and it looks to pick up where season one ended as the fight is far from over.
THE WITCHER SEASON 3
More Geralt is on the way after Henry Cavill announced that season three of The Witcher is currently in production and will be coming Summer 2023. But for those who are itching for more Witcher content this year, you’re in luck as the prequel series, The Witcher: Blood Origin, is arriving this year. And the best part is that it’s dropping right on Christmas Day.

MONEY HEIST: KOREA PART 2
While Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area wasn’t a perfect show, it was still a competently made drama that we wanted more of. And that is coming with the release of a clip showing the first glimpses of Part 2. The scene showed Cha Moo-hyuk getting involved in a high-action chase. We’ll hopefully know how it resolves when Part 2 drops either later this year or 2023.
SINGLES INFERNO SEASON 2
Singles Inferno was a late 2021 surprise hit for Netflix. The Korean reality show that followed a group of hot and single young Koreans on an island as they date each other proved to be a guilty pleasure for many. And because of the show’s success, we’re getting a season two. While we don’t know who will be part of the new season, the trailer did feature past contestants Moon Se-hoon and Shin Ji-yeon reminiscing about their time on the show and confirm that season two is coming.
