The Tiedyeing With Bella Poarch video by Bretman Rock already has 3.5 million views and it’s only been 5 days. In the 15-minute video, they also talked about growing up bilingual and life after blowing up on social media. “As y’all can see, she’s a little bit of a shy type,” says Bretman as he reveals in the video that Bella is his cousin that he met when they were still in Pangasinan. Surprisingly, when you’re all over social media, people automatically think that you’re loud, but not Bella Poarch. We absolutely love how Bretman handled her shyness and you can obviously see the difference between his banter with Bella compared to his sister, Princess Mae. 1. DON’T FORCE THEM TO TALK WHEN THEY’RE NOT FEELING IT
As you know, Bretman can be a little too loud sometimes and we love him for that. But as he says in the beginning of the vlog, Bella’s the shy type and we admire how he didn’t force her to keep talking.
2. DON’T ASK THEM WHY THEY’RE SO “QUIET”
The number one thing that makes introverts feel awkward? When they’re being put on the spot for questioning on why they’re so quiet. Nothing wrong with reserving that energy for yourself. Bella’s just a really chill girl, it is what it is.
3. MATCH THEIR LEVEL OF ENERGY
In social situations, take the initiative of starting the conversation and gauge the flow of the talk. As you can see in the video, Bretman mellowed down in a bit unlike his usual hyped up self to make Bella more at ease.
4. LISTEN WHEN THEY SPEAK
Introverts aren’t so fond of small talk. So, every time they speak, always listen and don’t interrupt. You’ll be surprised on how deep they can get when they’re in the zone.
5. TAKE A STEP BACK AND TRY TO BE AS INQUISITIVE AS THEM
Nope, they aren’t spacing out. They’re just observing and being cautious about their environment. Some introverts literally feel drained at times when the person they’re with is too pumped up or loud. So, just try to understand them and take a step back away from all the noise.
